My Path To Success - Experiences And Challenges

I come from place most outsiders were scared to drive through. The life expectancy was short and I wanted more for myself.  I began doing crisis intervention and suicide prevention for youth my age in highschool. For some reason from a young age I was always the one people would call when things went from bad to worse. I started off working in boiler room telecom company offices and warehouses. Mopped restaurant floors cleaned bathrooms even worked skid row homeless housing in Los Angeles as a safety and security officer. I went from loading and unloading trucks in the heat to touring with iconic musical acts, becoming the C.O.O for a million dollar company and providing executive protection for high profile soft targets. I have helped people from every walk of life from children and the homeless to fortune 500 entrepreneurs. Nomatter who I spoke to, one thing always reigned true. We all inevitably have moments in our lives where in spite of their best efforts no one is there to help us. This brought me to a painfully sobering truth. No one is coming to save you! You have a  duty to yourself and all of those you love to gain the discipline, skills, attributes and wherewithal to not only be able to survive in the face of adversity but to thrive. I have faced hardship, death and experienced loss that hurt so bad I feared it might break me, but it didn't. I learned you must develop an unbreakable spirit and mindset. Decide that no matter what happens from the time you wake up until you are fortunate enough to go to bed, each day you will give it your all. From the slums to law firms working as a paralegal where I utilized the knowledge gained through alternate dispute resolution training mediation, arbitration and a law degree, to the level three residential psychiatric facility where I worked as a councilor/ mental health advocate. I have met some amazing people. Regardless of their circumstances they remained undefeatable. Now my life's task and purpose is to help as many as I can to live their best lives and become who they are meant to be. Most misunderstand what it means to be brave. Bravery is not the total absence of fear. To be brave means that regardless of how afraid you may be you charge forward and meet things head on anyway. You execute your mission with extreme prejudice and no quarter given even while you feel your knees shake as your stomach is in knots. We all need a strong network and battle buddies for those moments when you must walk through the fire. I am here in order to lend you my strength in council to help you prepare for and stay in the fight. Its always darkest before dawn. Stay focused and don't let your light be extinguished before its time.

Empathic

In order to see the big picture you must understand a situation from all sides. That includes the perspective of  all those involved.

Passionate

What I do is a calling. I have fought and suffered for forty four years to gain the wisdom which I pass on. I have lost people I can't get back along the way. This is to honor them.

Results-Oriented

I use proven strategies and tradecraft to achieve the highest level results. This isn't guess work. Life is far too precious to waste time. The single most important currency we can't make more of or get back is time. .
